At HomeLab, returns are usually free. The deadline for returning any item is 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
In the event of an abusive use of courier services verified by the place of delivery or by the number of customer returns, HomeLab reserves the right to notify the customer that the return operation may involve costs.
All items must be in the same condition as the customer received/found them - not used, unwashed, with interior and exterior labels, with the respective purchase receipt, with complete sets and no arrangements. The purchase document is essential for orders placed with a received offer, so that the refund is not processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Returns must be made in the same market where the purchase was made.
In the event that the client wishes to return items from different orders, it is important that he/she requests the collection for each one of them and in accordance with the number of boxes he/she intends to return. HomeLab is not responsible for returns of items purchased in separate orders and/or returned with a request to collect a different order.
How do I proceed to make a return and/or exchange?
If you want to make a return and/or exchange, you must contact HomeLab (firstname.lastname@example.org) - indicating your e-mail, name and telephone number.
In the message body must include:
- If you want to make a return or an exchange;
- The order number on which you want to return or exchange;
- The reason you want to make the return or exchange.
We will contact you as soon as possible in order to deal with your request.
If you want to exchange a purchased item, you can do so within 30 days from the date of receipt and in the same market where you made the purchase. The exchange will be possible as long as it is an exchange for the same item (the same reference number), by color and/or size, it is in perfect condition, the price has not changed and the store has the item in stock.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
In the event that you have received an item that is damaged or has any defect, you should immediately contact HomeLab (email@example.com) and, if possible, attach images that prove and/or show the problem.
What is the refund period?
HomeLab reserves the right to refuse returns after the stipulated period; if the parts are not in the same condition as they were shipped; and if they do not comply with the return conditions we have mentioned. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order. The refund will be on the value of the item(s) returned.
- This return does not include shipping or transportation costs associated with the purchase.
- HomeLab will retain the refund until receiving the merchandise and confirmation of its status.
- The refund will be made within 14 working days after confirming the status of the order.
If the refund amount is incorrect, please contact the Customer Support Service (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Remember that HomeLab reserves the right to reject returns communicated/sent outside the established period, as well as those that contain articles that are not in the same conditions as they were sent.
