In the event that we make any changes to our website, as well as to our policies, we assume that at the time of order/visit the website, you will be assuming the information in force ar that time.
We work daily so that the image we present digitally matches as closely as possible the image of the product, as well as the description that accompanies it. Still, HomeLab recognizes the possibility that the color may vary from device to device, so we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen is exactly the color of the product. Also, we changed to the fact and possibility of variations in style, size, shape and appearance.
Purpose and scope
These general conditions of sale apply to any transactions of a commercial nature carried out by the customer through our online store.
HomeLab reserves the right not to process orders that are in accordance with HomeLab's general conditions of sale, namely:
- If the article is no longer available;
- Billing information is not correct or verifiable;
- The payment for the order was not received within five days of acceptance of the order;
- If we think you are a reseller;
- If we think you are under eighteen;
- If it is not possible to deliver to the adress provided.
The order will be shopped whitin 48 hours after payment confirmation. Compliance with this dealine, may vary, particulary in circumstances not foreseen by HomeLab. In any case, you will be informed by the exceptional situation.
The shipping cost will be borne by the customer, as indicated at the time of purchase. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse orders. In any case, you will be notified by email when your order is accepted.
Any order will be subject to the availability of the items we have in stock. If it is not possible to ship the products, you will be duly informed about the lack of stock at the time.
All prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT) applied on invoicing date. We constantly try to ensure that the descriptions and prices visible on the website are properly updated. However, erros can occur.
In the event of an error, for example in the price of an order, you will be informed as soon as possible. In addiction, you will have the following options at your disposal:
- Reconfirm the order with the correct price;
- Cancel the order.
If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the items, you will be refunded the full amount (for more information on Returns and Exchanges, please see available information). HomeLab is not responsible for any delay by yhe carrier or for other reasons that go beyond our domains. After the delivery of said order to the carrier, the risk of loss of product is fully borne by the customer.
If you have received an order confirmation email but the products have not yet arrived within the inicial deadline, the HomeLab team wil ldo its best to help you.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order using the code that will be given to you when it is shipped.
I don't know where my order is. Who should I contact?
You will be provided with a tracking number when your order is shipped. If, for any reason, you cannot track your order on the website, please contact us.
What payment methods are available?
HomeLab offers the following payment methods: MBWay, ATM, Paypal and Credit Card. Please note that the order will be processed only after payment of the total amount of the order duly approved by the bank (products and shipping costs, if applicable).
Where can I enter my promo code?
After confirming your cart and proceeding to checkout, you will be able to add the discount code you were given.
Shipping and international orders
HomeLab is not responsible for changes in exchange rates or conversion rates that may be used with the currency of the country where the client resides.

Can I return and/or exchange an order placed outside Portugal?

Do I pay tax on international orders?
When ordering shipments outside the European Union (EU), you may be subject to import taxes and customs duties, which are charged as soon as the order arrives at its destination. These charges are borne entirely by the customer. We recommend that you become aware of the customs policies of the country where you reside. HomeLab has no control over these fees and cannot predict how much they will be charged.
